Warranty

Preferred Landscaping Services, LLC provides a limited warranty for all landscape installations. This warranty covers any defects in workmanship for a period extending until the first frost of the year following the completion of the installation, subject to the following terms:

1. Duration: The warranty is valid until the first frost of the year, after which it expires. The “first frost” is defined as the first instance where the temperature drops below 32°F (0°C) in the installation area, as observed by local weather conditions.
2. Scope of Coverage: This warranty covers:
   • Installation errors, including improper placement or faulty system setups.
   • Poor workmanship that may cause installation failure or improper settling.
   • Any defects related to materials installed by Preferred Landscaping Services, LLC that are caused by poor installation practices.
3. Exclusions: This warranty does not cover:
   • Damage caused by natural wear and tear, including but not limited to excessive weather conditions (e.g., drought, heavy rain, floods, or extreme temperatures), neglect, vandalism, or any external factors beyond the control of Preferred Landscaping Services, LLC.
   • Failure due to improper maintenance, damage caused by pets, or non-compliance with the recommended care and maintenance practices.
   • Any repairs or adjustments required due to issues that occur after the first frost.
4. Claims and Remedies: In the event of a covered defect within the warranty period, Preferred Landscaping Services, LLC will:
   • Inspect the affected areas.
   • Provide necessary repairs or replacement at no cost to the client, based on our professional assessment.
   • The client must notify Preferred Landscaping Services, LLC of any issues within the warranty period for proper evaluation.
5. Limitations: This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original installation and purchaser. This warranty does not cover any damages or issues arising from external conditions, misuse, or alterations made to the installation by anyone other than Preferred Landscaping Services, LLC.

By accepting the installation of services from Preferred Landscaping Services, LLC, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this warranty.
